Commission Schedule and Onboarding Schedule
The two schedules the Dealer Terms refer to
Version 1.0 · 11 October 2026
Amendable on thirty days notice under clause 20.2 of the Dealer Terms
The commission rates in this Schedule are never increased.
Part A · Commission Schedule
Version 1.0 · effective 11 October 2026
A1 · One fee, charged to the seller
A1.1 AllChrono charges one fee on each completed sale. It is charged to the Dealer.
A1.2 The Buyer pays nothing to AllChrono on the watch. No fee appears for the first time at checkout.
A2 · The ladder
A2.1 Your rate is set by your rolling twelve month sales on the AllChrono marketplace.
Level · Rolling twelve month sales · Commission
1 · From the start · 9.5%
2 · USD 25,000 · 8.5%
3 · USD 100,000 · 7.8%
4 · USD 250,000 · 6.8%
5 · USD 500,000 · 5.9%
6 · USD 1,000,000 · 5.0%
A2.2 A new level applies to the next sale after the threshold is crossed. It is not applied backwards.
A3 · The service minimum and the cap
A3.1 Service minimum: USD 225 per trade, on a Managed watch only. Where the Dealer's ladder rate produces less than USD 225, the commission on that trade is USD 225. A Managed watch is one listed at USD 2,500 or more.
A3.1a What the USD 225 is. It is what AllChrono pays out on a Managed order and recovers nothing of if the commission does not cover it: the authentication, the outbound freight and cover, the card cost and the fraud cost, net of the card surcharge the Buyer pays. At a USD 2,500 watch that sum is USD 181. At a USD 5,000 watch it is USD 224. The minimum is set at the top of that range and not above it, so that it recovers cost and earns nothing. Above USD 5,000 the ladder produces more than USD 225 at every level and the minimum never applies.
A3.1b Where it actually bites. At level 1 the ladder passes USD 225 at a listed price of USD 2,368, which is below the Managed threshold, so the minimum never applies to a level 1 Dealer. At level 6 the ladder passes USD 225 at USD 4,500, so the minimum applies between USD 2,500 and USD 4,500. It is a protection against a specific loss at the bottom of the ladder, not a repricing of the Schedule.
A3.1c No minimum on an Entry watch. An Entry watch is one listed below USD 2,500, and the lowest price at which any watch may be listed is USD 500. On an Entry watch the commission is the Dealer's ladder rate, whatever it produces. The rates themselves are identical on both tiers. There is no minimum because on an Entry watch the Buyer pays directly for the authentication, the cover and the freight that the minimum exists to recover, so AllChrono is not carrying that cost.
A3.1d This replaces the USD 500 floor that appeared in earlier versions. The floor was set before the Entry tier existed and before the direct cost per order was measured. It was more than twice the cost it was meant to recover, it was indefensible to a Dealer who asked what it was for, and on a USD 2,500 watch it was a twenty per cent commission. The USD 225 figure is the measured cost and can be explained to a Dealer in one sentence.
A3.2 Cap: USD 4,000 per trade. Where the percentage produces more, the cap applies. The cap applies on both tiers.
A3.3 Both apply at every level. Where both could apply they cannot conflict, because the minimum operates below USD 4,500 and the cap above USD 42,000.
A4 · How a level decays
A4.1 A level is held while the qualifying volume is maintained and lost when it is not. It is not awarded permanently.
A4.2 The rolling twelve month figure is recalculated monthly. Where it falls below the threshold for your level, you move down one level from the following month.
A4.3 You are told before a level changes, in either direction.
A4.4 Sales made outside the marketplace count for nothing. A deal introduced on AllChrono and completed off it does not earn toward a level, and the sales it displaces are the ones that let a level decay.
A5 · Tax on the commission
A5.1 Commission is charged in addition to any value added tax due on it.
A5.2 Where you are registered in the Kingdom, that tax is recoverable by you as input tax in the ordinary way, so it is not an additional cost to you.
A5.3 AllChrono issues its tax invoice for commission when your payout is released.
A6 · Card acceptance
A6.1 Where a Buyer pays by card, a surcharge is applied at processing cost: 1% below USD 25,000 and 2% at or above USD 25,000.
A6.2 This is a pass through of what the card networks charge. AllChrono earns nothing on it.
A7 · When you are paid
A7.1 At levels 1 and 2, your payout is released when the Buyer's return window closes, or earlier if the Buyer confirms acceptance.
A7.2 At level 3 and above, your payout is released on confirmed delivery, without waiting for the return window to close.
A7.3 The return window itself is unchanged at either level. Where a watch is returned or a payment is reversed after an early release, AllChrono recovers it under clause 10.5 of the Dealer Terms.
A7.4 AllChrono does not hold funds for more than twenty one days from the Buyer's payment without telling you why.
A8 · Private sellers
A8.1 From 2027 AllChrono intends to accept listings from private sellers at a flat 13%, with no ladder, subject to the same screening and the same authentication.
A8.2 That is not open at launch and the terms for it are issued separately.
A9 · Changes to this schedule
A9.1 AllChrono may reissue this schedule on thirty days' notice.
A9.2 The commission rates in it are never increased. A threshold may be adjusted and a level may be added. A rate moves down or stays.
A9.3 The version that applies to a sale is the version in force when the order was placed.
